WishGialla,

Can yr auto gearbox support around 250 hp of power delivered from yr
crank? Or is it a manual?

Bro...all parts are stocks and standards....

Honestly...they cannot support 250 hp for long...short duration is OK..

This is how it goes...

When it was first done...boost was at 1 bar...during dyno tuning

Then...we lower the boost from 1 to 0.8 then to 0.6 and finally to 0.3
bar...the purpose of tuning from high to low is to ensure that fuel feed
is enough at all boost level...and the tuning is done at 3
stages...morning, afternoon, and night...as the temperature affects the
fuel feed and air mixture. The boost is control by a customized
actuator...and control by a Blitz digital boost controller.

The dyno graph showed 209 bhp peak at 1 bar boost...subsequently dropping
to 191 at 0.6 bar boost. Torque was 278nm (if I remember correctly) @
4500rpm at 1 bar boost...subsequently dropping to 230-240nm when reduced
to 0.6 bar boost at 4500 rpm.

The boost is finally fixed at 0.6 bar max for city driving and will be
lowered to 0.3 when on highway...

The boost comes very quickly...at about 2200 rpm...don't really feel the
lag...

Besides these info...I know nuts about the rest of the details...I just
drive...tha's all...

WG,

Thanks for the info. This is just my personal opinion, even at 0.3 bar,
the lifespan of ur gearbox will be shorter than usual, so I wud advice u
to do gear oil change more often and do check the gearbox from time to
time. AT gearbox is very sensitive and if you increase the power, it
becomes more fragile.

Anyhow, 209hp Wish is a monster man! Way to go!

Protonman Bro...

Thanks for the advise bro...Yup...will do change of gear oil at interval
of 15K, rather than the normal 20K. Anyway, I also had a gear oil cooler
installed earlier. This will help to provide some protection too.

Just for the fun of it....tested 0-100 dash on different days due to
different temperature. Each test is 3X. On a warm sunny day, the average
is 7.61 seconds. On cool day, the average is 7.55 seconds. This is timed
using the digital speed cut thingy that I had installed on my ride. Not
bad at all ah...The topspeed I had tested so far is 210km/hour. I dare
not tekan further, due to worry of gear box failure. If I dare, I think
could easily reached 250km, as the power is still coming in....and at
210km, the throttle is only very light...about 1/4 down only...Still have
rooms for 3/4 ah...heee...heee...But the fun part is more on the
torque...at any speed...let's say at 60 or 70 km, just a light tap on the
throttle is very easy to reached 130-140km in about 4-5 seconds...this is
really fun...

Anyway...I normally don't drive that fast...especially this is a
MPV....I...safety first... used to hit 280kms in my previous 350Z....but
sold already...but it is a totally different animal...Big Smile

aeewantu26,

If you've a big family, the size and comfort provided by innova will
accomodate your needs. I own the car for only two weeks the G spec auto
which to date clock in about 1,200 km, I have no complain so far and I did
not push the car too hard due to the break-in period. But what I can tell
you the car have desirable unleashed power and you don't need to give hard
accelaration even if you are carrying a full load of people in the car.
The engine doesn't rev unlike some cars you feel it when the accelarator
is push. Hope it answer your curiousity.
