For information purposes, the following turned up for the closed door
meeting:
1. Aaron(Optra)
2. aachin (Aveo)
3. ycng (Nabira)
4. cyclone2k1(Optra)
5. mackie (Optra)
6. wfj146 (nabira)
Optraman! A pity that you missed out! Hope that you had a great time in
Bangsar!
Overall, we were given an insights about HcMb and what has happened since
it officially launched the Chevy cars in September 2003.
Matters brought up were on:
1. after sales service;
2. service centres (hopefully more independent SCs or unrelated to ***
cars) dealers;
3. website (appearing soon in a browser nearest to you!);
4. more awareness;
5. availability of parts;
6. future plans.
We tried to cover most issued that appeared in the autoworld.com.my. In
short, these were incorporated in the topics mentioned above. Most
importantly, a website totally dedicated to Chevrolet in Malaysia and to
its owners, will be up and going soon!
Basically, continuous improvements are in the pipeline. Stay tune!
Also, on behalf of the other buyers that were present on that day, we
would like to thank Encik Norzahid Mohd Zanudi, CEO if HcMb and his team
for their time. I am sure that all of us want the best for the
established brand to be a household name in Malaysia too.
Regards.
p/s This is only my opinion. The others will be chipping in soon! :)

I think you have covered most of the topic already. Lets hope that HcMB
honor their words. To start of with my Nabira lettering.

It was s good discussion. Hopefully, communication channels have been
opened up and I hope it will stay open with feedback from HcMB.
p/s At least I got my hub missing cap cover replacement during the
meeting after waiting 2 months from my "useless" dealer in SH who never
responded.

problem between the purchasers and HcMb.
This was one of the topics brought up with regards to the dealers that
HcMb has chosen for their products. Their pre-sales and after sales
services or tactics were highlighted. The professionalism shown, etc.
However for now, we hope that should any of the purchasers encounter
unresolved problems with their dealers or service centre, it would be good
to contact HcMb directly or else refer to those in autoworld.com.my who
have encountered similar problems and hopefully, providing solutions for
these problems.
Regards.

the letter stuff
bad news is i'm still waiting for my CV joint...dah claimed for 2 months
now, still no news. I really believe the SC is messing up with the claim.
anyone has Wendy's mail id? i will shoot her a mail to check from HcMb
