quite reasonably and reliable. Make sure to use ORIGINAL parts. Don't take
immitation as it does not last.
mlkulwk, Camry is comfortable at speed 160km/h and below. Beyond that, the
engine sound will intrude into the cabin but the car still stable up till
180kmh. There were few occassions i travelled >180kmh on the highway and i
asked the passengers to guess how fast i were doing w/o looking at the
dashboard. All of them guessed the car was travelling at 150-160kmh only.
They got a shock when they looked at the speedo showing >180kmh!!

when it took only 4 guys inc me 25mins to reach KL old airport from
Seremban toll going at flat 170km/hr - those days are gone - btw what
size tyres are you guys using - mine is 205/65/15 - which is the best
size for economy - and which brand is the quietest?

and is still running strong after >60000KMs. It should last me at least
another 20000KMs more. Noise and Comfort level is "Not Bad" and i have
nothing much to complain for the price i'm paying.
I still feel that ContiComfort is quieter but the sidewalls are weak. It
tear off easily if you hit a curb on the sidewall.
toyotarave, this car is quite enough

Also quick question
Anyone know a good wireman who knows how to check our Camry's electric
seats - my driver's seat has this funny problem - the bottom seat can go
front and back, and can only go down but not up. But after a while ie a
few days or a week, the bottom seat would have raised itself to the
previous height.
Can anyone recommend to me someone thanks? Can PM if possible

to source for the tyres in Kota Kemuning if you know the way. You can get
good bargain over there.

quiet, then the absorbers and the components still good.
Accelerate hard from stand still, pay attention to the gear changing jerk.
If the jerk is unbearable, GB is not in good condition (rarely heard GB
prob for Camry).
Check undercarriage for any sign of serious accident. Get a mechanic if you
are not familiar. Check door alignment to ensure the gap is still align
properly with the chasis.
Open engine bay, check for oil leaking on engine cover and the bottom of
the engine.
