Hi guys, I get the Lancer about 2 months ago. For me, everything is good,
the ride is very smooth. Only complain is the location of the A/C, it is
hard to adjust to satisfactory wind blowing position. Other than that I'm
happy.
I bought the one without body kit. Now really feel like want to install
the one like the limited editions'. Anybody here can recommend where I
can find the body kit? Thanks!

Don't look down on 4g18. All Lancers sold in this region (S'pore,
Thailand, Philipines, Indo) comes with this engine, but with CVT. Not
sure about Taiwan. But in Japan comes with more high tech engine.
I also understand that one China car maker uses this engine in one of its
models (in China means maybe 100,000 units a year). So, even though Waja
already changed to Campro, 4g18 is still alive...

Hi S40, the fc is about 12km/l for mixed highway and city. Not very
satisfy with this number. I was expecting it can go to 14km/l. Anyway the
ride is very smooth and surprisingly good when go up steep hill, feel
light and energetic. My friend's city and my old wira se go up the same
hill like towing a cow...

That's not too bad... 12km/l is ok.. quite acceptable.
Anyway, am comparing this with Colt. I've just booked a Colt and they said
the FC is better than Lancer. Don't know how much better though....

After the first service, I recalculate again. It's about 12.8km/l. But
considering the heavy body, now I think it is acceptable.
So happy driving la.

Yes I'm quite sure. Like towing a cow up the tree.
I drove my Bro-in-law's IDSI and my relative's VTEC. VTEC version only
slightly better than IDSI. One thing I like is very easy maneuver in city
driving.
