Hello all,

I'm new here, wanna ask some help from factory insiders la. Currently, want
to propose an industrial visit (for my course) to car assembly plant but
need to figure out the scheduling la. Which area we can enter which area
cannot? What time most likely suitable for us to make the visit? Really
keen on, robot performing the spot welding (wana know the capabilities),how
Proton conduct their QC? Curious la! Six Sigma (DMAIC and DMADV)?
Computer-Integrated-Manufacturing?Any other automated manufacturing
processes? In house manufactured parts?

Can someone kindly help me?Been there before doing industrial visit or
industrial training?…anything la… or we can just talk about the Tanjung
Malim Plant oni …Peace

Suggest that first of all, you write in to Proton.
Locate the PIC on the Proton website.
You may put in some request to view a particular process, but I am sure
like all major plants, they have their normal "walk-thru path".

As for the rest of the questions, I am sure your related uni/college
should be able to give you some list.
