hey, everyone, happy new year.
i will be back to malaysia la...so just asking everyone opinion, for
frest grad...of coz very poor (if parent didnt giv us money, hehehe), wat
car should we buy le?
kancil brand new one??? kelisa is impossible (too expensive, dun u think
so although kancil is also expensive), proton??? expensive too.
how about second hand car???
the reason consider brand new car is better reliability la by consider
it's new (bullsxxt)...n cheap second hand car in bolehland is too old.
thanks for any advise...
right...one more question, kancil onwer, wat do u think of tat car, for
me, i think not feel safe la becoz of the size la.

Question.. what can you afford without "starving" yourself and still do
the things you love to do? What are you currently driving/riding? Are you
able to postpone another 2-3 yrs?

work in sarawak. but i think i will go to west malaysia.
what i drive now is not important, coz dun hav much choice in bolehland.
drive pajero, estima, wira (long term one) before...
just simple qeustion and answer, no need to be so complicated, i know it
have a lot of thing must taken into consideration, but just make it
simple. hehehe, anyway, thanks.

Find a job place where LRT is nearby. Then rent a place near to LRT too.
You will less headache on the car matters.
After work for 2 to 3 years, you have save enough for a more liable car.

Hi Aristo,
Buying a kancil isn't a bad idea, but it depends on whether you need to
travel outstation alot or not. Like for myself, I just buy what I can
afford with cash. As fresh grad, my ride was a bike. following year,
bought a toyota LE for RM12k, another 2 years later, change to 1.3 wira
(dun like the feel and under power), following year change to toyota SEG,
another 2 years later, changed to vios. All my cars were used cars which i
bought with cash, except the current vios with RM20k loan.
Anyway, survey around, check your nature of work, see what you can afford
or how much you want to tied down with. The choice is up to you.

yo...thanks for all advise...
actually, just graduate as an engineer, so mostly will work outside city
la.
i choose kancil becoz it is cheapest new car in this country (main
reason). becoz just graduate, no money bah (can pay little bit la), and i
dun want my parent to pay anything for me.
i cant use motorbike la, my parent wouldnt allow one. becoz they think
it's not tat safe compare to car (u know wat i mean right). if i really
want motorbike, i think they will buy me a car, so motorbike is
impossible, and i dun want them to worry. another reason is malaysia road
suck la especially in east malaysia.
i think i will buy a car and used it for many years. dun plan to use a
lot of money on car unless i become rich 'enough' to cincai buy one. have
to save money, invest (maybe)...money is hard to earn la especially for
those just graduate.
of coz, try to be independent. hehehe
