depends on ur income, if u have 12k monthly, sure u can afford a beemer
and a house both, but if u r earning 3k monthly, better get a car lower
than 40k, and put more time on decorating ur house...think wise...

got a bro of my friend that work with just average RM 1500 inc O.T per month. Owned a suzuki swift with 9 years loan, bought a gilera scooter & wear expensive clothes, hangout at these posh cafe's...
how he does that ?
1)living with parent,
2)dont pay a single cent of house bills ( told by his bro that pays it )
3)suck GF money,
4)never give money to parent
5)if got no money, ask ma & pa
5) never save for future.. !
i donno how to describe this kid..

Different stroke for different folk . Bottomline is that whatever it's the decision , one is responsible for his own action .
