any guys out there with jerky feeling when swift changes gear ?

my swift sometimes jerk ( is like the engine donno which gear to engage,
the rpm go up n down, and can feel it trying to change gear ) when i step
on the pedal, any sifu got good advice or suggestion to improve it ?

which sc solves issue best ? might need to go there for a check.
