I experienced fuel "sloshing"(like water splashing) sound in my swift
cabin, especially during low speed braking/moving at speed below 40kmh.
Anyone experience similar thing? Is there anything we can do about it, coz
the sound is quite annoying to me, and this is the first time I heard such
sound in a car(any car for that matter).

I know it's coming from the fuel tank, but how is it possible that it get
thru into the cabin(what's with such excellent NVH insulation).

Might not be fuel sloshing around sound. Check your boot under the spare
tyre. Sometimes, there's a drain plug under the spare tyre and it might be
loose, resulting in water from the road getting into the spare wheel well.

hey guys, this must sound stupid(it really does), but I found the cause for
"fuel sloshing" sound. Turn out, there was a bottle of water under the
driver's seat, unknown to my knowledge it was there all along causing the
noise......

What the hell? Big Smile

So next time you hear ringing sound, it is not your ears, you just left a
cow bell in the car. Tongue
