Just want to get some recommendation from Blade 250 owners about changing
the stock exhaust with aftermarket type. If possible, please state name of
the shop, location, exhaust brand, price (very important) and if possible,
what's the advantage or disadvantage. Thank you.

try to get the 650 exhaust. They look much nicer.

Naza charged me RM1120.00 for the 650 version.
But a 250blader once requested (by the name of Zul if not mistaken) if it
can be installed on his bike, but the mechanic at naza shah alam dont
recommend! You can get more feedback on this from naza maybe.

That's what I heard too. You can't use 600 cc aftermarket muffler on a 250
cc bike. Otherwise, I sure angkat a Yoshimura Fiber Muffler on sale semalam
kat Welly. RM 500.00 only. The mechanic said only for 600 cc above bikes
only. Damn frustrated man. Mana nak dpt Yoshimura selling for RM 500.00.

So far, I have asked around 2 shops. Doing a custom straight muffler will
cost me around RM 600++ for my bike.

Betul tu Mus. I also met up with Lan Naza last weekend waktu temankan
Unpro servis motor dia. Lan Naza said ramai owner Blade 250 did their
muffler somewhere else. Most of the cases, the new muffler had to be
fitted by cutting the pipe and welding it back. Mahal lak, lepas tu bunyi
sama ajer macam yang dia buat.

I've already set up my mind of doing my custom straight muffler at Lan
Naza. He offered me RM650 for the bolt-on muffler (no cutting of the
exhaust pipe required) plus re-jetting the carburator to suit the new
muffler. Dia kata, kalau boleh dapat lagi dua org kawan nak buat sekali,
dia boleh bagi RM 600 sebiji. Mungkin kalau ramai lagi, boleh turun lagi
kot. I plan to do it in 2 weeks time when my bike is due for my 4,000 km
service. Kena bayar deposit RM 300 a week before and when the time comes,
have to leave the bike day whole day at the shop so that they can do it
properly (aku syak yg makan masa tu mungkin untuk re-jet the carburetor).

So kalau ada sapa-sapa minat nak tukar to straight muffler + re-jetting,
let me know. Tapi kenalah sediakan at least RM 300 dulu utk deposit (Lan
kata ramai nak buat tapi deposit tak bayar, takutlah dia nak tempah
muffler tu). Balance bayar lepas pasang.

adilz aku pun minat jgk.. bunyi skrg ni manyak sunyi.. kdg2 tu xdgr
lgsg..

tapi tgk la dulu ekzos tu bunyi camne , kalau mcm zxr250 tu aku
amik.. ... klu bunyi lain pun nak dgr juga klu ada sampel bunyi ...

dan skrg meter aku dah sampai 35k km.. rasa macam nak tukar clutch plate
pulak.. dia ada rasa keras2 sikit skrg.. motor ni nak dekat raya mulalah
dia mengada2.. nak duit raya... Adilz, ini Lan Naza kat mana?.. PJ ke?
