Malaysia. Show me the official website of this company which bringing in

hello fellas,

cool it...relax. no point getting heated up over a small matter & getting
all ruffled up. Ghaz might have a point in that GTS still has a lot to
prove in terms of having a proper network of SCs or if they do, they have
not done enough in informing the public of that fact. Whereas Wqf1199 is
also right that a bike does not need an extensive network of SCs to be
effective to provide support. It all depends on the popularity of the bike,
no point having too many SCs if bike is not popular. But of course the
buying public is also trying to protect their purchases by demanding the
assurance that there is proper after sales & service support, so both have
their valid points.

I for one being a purchaser of a GTS have a very personal interest in
seeing that my purchase is protected.

Cheers bros! Big Smile

Symbagus,

Referring back to my earlier post in "GTS experience" about my tachometer
not doing a full sweep diagnostic on switching on ignition, would it be
possible for you to have someone from technical call me up as i'm getting
really upset about the problem. It's happening more frequently now
sometimes up to 2 to 3 times a day. Shouldn't be happening on such a new
bike right?

klscoot: the proper step is just switch on the switch and wait, remind
that never click the start engine button first b coz its running sensor.
that the sensor wont go rite . u try it first. just switch on your key
switch around 5 second will full sweep. if still face this problem
u give me your contact number then i ask the technician call you.

ok

Symbagus,

I`ve had the bike for 3 weeks or so now. I`m well aware of the fact that i
have to wait for the meter to do a full diagnostic, even Mr. Liong, your QA
Manager, has shown me how the ignition & meter diagnostics work.

However the tachometer is just defective as the problem will recur
frequently even when key is inserted & switched to `on` without pressing
the `start` button for a full 5 secs as u have said. Sometimes problem will
repeat twice before it does a proper full sweep.

Pls inform Mr. Liong about problem as he is aware of it as i had raised it
with him before at KF Motor. I had hoped that meter will right itself as
new things sometimes do, but the problem has happened too regularly to be
dismissed. I`ll send u an email "RE: Faulty Tachometer" along with my
contact no. for your prompt action.

I hope the warranty on GTS is good for a replacement of the meter, and that
NIMOTA has a reliable & trustworthy warranty cover.

Thank you & best regards
