School kids? Is it already school holidays again?

The tank problem is apparently a common thing for AE. On the Serpent 705,
some tanks also exhibit this problem but then this is due to the filter
being cranky. What we do is to get an additional external filter to the
carb. That works out nicely.

What I know the factory AE guys do is to seal the current pressure hole in
the dual chamber pipe (I assume you're using this) and tap a new hole
further towards the front of the first chamber. This gives less pressure
but more regulated. And yes, put o rings under the tank to reduce
vibration and tilt the tank towards the rear by putting some fuel tubing
slices in the front of the tank for better fuel pickup.

Well, everybody had a bad weekend tooFrown
