Usually we always kutuk the main SC for shoddy workmanship and exorbitant
charges for parts and services. However I would like to voice my
gratitude to the guys at PE Mutiara Damansara.

Story goes like this:
Sent my car in for ATF change and PDT2000 around 3pm as there were some
WPC members around as well. Mechanic drained all ATF and realised only 1
bottle was available in stock. The SA told me to go home 1st and come
back around 7pm as he has to drive all the way back to Puchong and obtain
the ATF. Came back round 7pm and car still not ready. During this period
most of their staffs has gone back but a few of the mechanics stayed
behind to clear my car. Waited till 8pm when one SA offered me a Perdana
if I wish to leave my car behind, however I told him its alright and I
will wait. The SA then offered coffee and apologised profusely for their
mistake as they did not double check their stocks. Anyway car was ready
by 9pm and I was shown how a PDT2000 was done (since I was all alone
there)Cool. I was really taken aback at how they went all out to get my
car ready eventhough they only work till 5pm.

I left feeling happy and I didn't mind waiting one bit.

Damn, transmission fluid. Who would have thought a service workshop may,
just possibly, sometimes, in exceptional circumstances need that?

######, if I ran out of it I'd service your car for free and let you say
bad stuff to me. At least they took some responsibility and all credit to
them for that, usually it's someone elses fault and scr3w you.

Seriously though, did you break even?

same here...used to get good service from PE GLenmarie..then after 3
months down the road..the 'tidak apa' attitude was back despite knowing
their Senior Supervisor Fahdil...then i gave up on PE Glenmarie..and went
back to Intan matang....

Now just hope that PEMD would not be the same especially so much $$$$ put
into it.

Well my car problem with the driver side gun still wasn't solved, problem
came back again last two days...thinking now shud i or shud not go back
to PE MD...dun wanna wait the whole day again...*grin*
