If I happen to have an accident and no car to use for 3 weeks. Town
driving is very normal to have accidents. What do I do? Maybe jump down
Klang River?

So now the story change la.
Not because you kena scold by boss but your NEW car that cost RM56k break
down.

And you think complaining here in autoworld can help you solve yr car
problems? Which person are you trying complain now in autoworld?
What do you hope to achieve in this thread?

Maybe you can go to try going to the Proton HQ one morning and hold up a
sign that says "Proton car lousy" and that will definitely help you to
solve your problems.

If this is true it must be an isolated case. Cos this is the first time i
am hearing this.

dude..if i pay 60k for a car that breaks down 3 days later...i will also
demand a spare car or some sort of monetary compensation for my loss of
use..even insurance has it this

well, maybe not a spare car but at least some kind of compensation like a
discount voucher for my next service or free lube..

janice3688,

My advice is don't waste your time complaining in this thread, you should
complaint to Proton I-Care because believe me this is an isolated case
for Persona. What I can see is the problem is with the SC because they
fail to handle your problem with a proper manner. If Proton is very
serious in improving their aftersale service, they should pay attention
to thier SC performance.

janice3688,

Thanks for sharing ur experience. Buying new car with regular service is
to get to drive it around for at least 3 yrs with no breakdown. RM56k is
not cheap, still need to take loan to buy the car. Ignore Funiman. He's
most probably 1 of the staffs that want to discourage u from complaining.
He thinks RM56k to throw out n taxi fare of RM10k 1 way is cheap.

If he's at ur situation, he'll be posting more comments than u do
blasting with foul language.

I am not against Janice highlighting problems with her car. She got her
repairs done and she got her spare car to use as posted in her first
thread. If it take a few days to get it repaired, so be it. The car
manufacturer did not run away with the responsibility.

The bottom line is did she get her car repaired? And the answer is YES.

What I cannot agree is that she want to round up Proton owners to
petition and go to TV3 and other media to highlight poor quality of the
car. That is a political agenda. It is not about 56k, not about she get
scolded by her boss, not about few times of repairs but the ultimate
objective is to complain. The question is to complain what and to whom it
is directed?
