that offered by Stanley a.k.a ninja_iga is quite reasonable

alanltl so sorry as i didnt buy this soundproof before... ... but i
suggest you bought it from stanley ..as what g88 said just browse through
zth forum..!!

I think you can ask around like the aircond shop and acc shop... they have
this kinda insulation that can be use for soundproof..!!
