Dear BridgestoneRE711,
I need more information. Is your Wira 1.3 or 1.5? Fuel injection or
cabburator?

Thank you. I drive a Wira Aeroback 1.3GLi Manual 2003 model. I have the
similar problem as yours. I have my car tuned 2 times in Proton Edar
Service Center (PESC) Mutiara Damansara. They used the PDT2000 and did
some reprogramming to the Siemen ECU. Now, it is still the same. They
can`t do much. Now when the air-con compressor kick-in, I step on the
accelerator a little to rev up the engine. I think the vibration is
unbearable in the afternoon only. When the air is cold, in the morning
and at night, it is acceptable. I read in another forum, that faulty
steering bush can give such problem. My steering has no problem except
when I am driving up Carrefour Subang Jaya parking lot (upstairs). I can
hear knocking sound from the steering rack. I am not going to PESC even
though my car is still within the warranty period. I am sure they will
tell me there is nothing wrong with the sterring bush. I will let you
know if there is any improvement once it is done.

bridgestone,
As wat I've been informed, the rev will increase when you on the ac...
That is normal.
Better check for the Tuning for Carbie thread for more info for tuning
the FICD.

i tried yesterday , aircond off ... the rpm push to 950 , thisis because my
wira is a 1.5 1995 model , injection model from that year is rare becaue
mine is export wira . when the car engine life is older , the idle rpm
should get higher . this is what i heard from forummer . i adjus tit tp 950
, it cures my vibration problem , then i turn on my aircond . the rpm drops
to 750and vibrates a lot . so i tune it with aircond on , make it reach 950
, but once i turn off the aircond , the rpm goes up to 1100-1200 , i assume
this as a quite high rpm alread , so i tune it back to 950 during aircond
off .
s , sifus here , my engine deosn't rev up to maintain the power when the
aircond kicks in ... so , should it make the idle rpm at 950 during aircond
off or aircond on . if aircond off 950 , aircond on is 750-800 . but when
aircond on at 950 , aircond off will be 1100-1200 . which one is better ?
i heard that there is something called FICD to control the revv ... so FICD
is for carb engine or injection engine ?
