that shouldn't be because the Gen.2 is lighter and has better power to
weight ratio, unless they geared it wrongly.

cltang,
about the seats, please be inform that all G2 will come with fabric seats
except those who willing to pay extra. I know how you feel, bcoz I was one
of the victim who fell for their TRICK on the leather seats. PLease do
accept the fact.
hehehe
Welcome to the club. So when did you booked your car? Me on 07Feb.
When are you going to get the car?

Hey, Guys! Waaaa.... I started the thread and only made 1-2 posts.... so
busy la now!
Anyway, I booked my car on second day of launch and still no sign of
delivery any time soon!
According to my SA, Energy Orange colour will only be launched next month!
Only 3 colours out now.... Anybody can verify this?

cltang,
Yups, I thing you better reconsider your decision. The AT might give us
comfortable which MT can't give, but the MT FC definately is lower and
enjoyment of driving a MT car also difference from driving a AT car.
This morning I saw a AT Gen2's interior, i like the stick design very much. It's
difference from oths. New and stylish design. The designer did a good job here.

hzr77,
THere are alot of mixed comments on the colours for the Gen.2. In the
begining, i was informed that all the colours were available from 4
different PE Dealers and during the second week after the launch of the
Gen2 i was told that there were only 3 colours available and that the
purple and the energy orange is only available for the the 1.6E (High-
spec) version of the Gen2.
What really surprises me now is that when i went to the dealer in
Damansara Utama last week, i was told that there is the Orange & Purple
but only limited to 30 units for the whole production, which by the way
doesn't make sense to me at all! Perhaps those are the pre-production
units.
Whatever this brings down to is that the Sales Assistants were not
informed well enough as to what colours are really available! It's really
misleading in my oppinion since all colours are mentioned in the Gen2's
advertising materials.
I've always belived in bright coloured cars and hence had originally
wanted the Energy Orange but instead i had opted for the Angel Blue.
