Assalamualaikum,
Berikut merupakan kisah yg sebenar yg berlaku didalam PROTON. Saya dpt
melalui
kawan saya yg berada di PROTON.Yang ni saya kena jawab la sebab banyak
sangat

Mitsubishi. For your information, Untuk membuat pintu sahaja memerlukan
dekat 20 acuan. Bayangkan lah 4 pintu. Modal itu shaja sudah hampir
RM50juta.

sebenarnya. Pengeluaran kenderaan adalah berdasar injinnya barulah boleh
dikatakan ianya kenderaan negara sebenarnya.

kebolehan anak negara sendiri.
So apa kan jadi pada kereta proton

Tapi bab nak korek ilmu
kita, dia orang rajin habis. Jangan terkejut bila saya cakap yang idea

My point is... bashing is a sign of frustration... u complain to no avail

to manipulate the truth. That\'s what we can be sad about. However, when
recognition is due... we should give it.

in'`S3 it \nfor a minute. If there`s any liquid coming out of the air chamber, the \ndiaphragm is cracked or leaking. Get a new one. IF it`s good at this \nstage, do the pressure test on the inlet port. \n\nSimilarly, using the same 60-cc shringe, connected to the inlet port with \na proper fitting, pump the piston down. A 60-cc shringe when fully pump \ndown, should generate about 40-50 psi of pressure. That`s about the WOT \nfuel pressure of many models. You may want to calibrate the shringe using \na pressure gauge before this. Just connect the pressure gauge to the \nshringe and mark the shringe with the corresponding pressure for each 5cc \ncompression. During the test, slowly pump it down and record the pressure \nrequired to open the valve. The compressed air will be vented out from \nthe return port when the valve is opened. As a point of reference, WOT \nfuel pressure for Wira 1.5 EFi is about 42psi. If it requires > or < 5psi \n(considering the error in the pressure reading) to open the valve, it`s \nout. Get a new one.\n\n\n2] Cleaning and Testing the Fuel Injectors\n------------------------------------------\n\nThe above-mentioned debris will get into the injectors and accumulate in \nthe valve too. You will either get (1 or more of) them stuck-open of \nstuck-close. This doesn`t mean that a stuck injector will not function, \nbut, a stuck-open injector will result in rich burning, and vise versa \nfor a stuck-close one. Sent the injectors for cleaning and testing. You \ncan`t afford to have the instrument to do it, unlike those used in \ncleaning and testing the FPR. \n\nI have personally done the FPR cleaning and testing. But I need to send \nmy car for injectors cleaning in Autochild.\n\n\n3] O2 Sensor\n----\0i1.autoq\0\0\0\0If your less than 2 year-old EFi is showing worsen FC, try do these in \nsequance:','drexchan@1');ing 8 hh` have personally done the FPR cleaning and testing. sequance:R. IF q@If your less than 2 year-old EFi is showing worsen FC, try do these in \nsequance:\n\n1. Check your FPR.\n2. Check your fuel injectors.\n3. Check your O2 sensor.\n\n1] Cleaning and Testing the Fuel Pressure Regulator\n---------------------------------------------------\n\nThe FPR is located at the end of the fuel rail in an EFi engine. Some EFi \ncars don`t have a FPR. The FPR reads the manifold pressure to regulate \nthe opening of a valve in the FPR. IF the vacuum is high (such as idling, \nengine braking), the valve opens more and more fuel is returned to the \ntank, thus lower fuel pressure. If the vacuum is low (such as WOT or \nunderload), the FPR opens less, thus less fuel is returned to the tank, \nand higher fuel pressure. This mechanism is not controlled by the ECU. \nHowever, if O2 sensors feedback shows rich burning at close-loop \noperation at any fuel pressure, the ECU will increase the pulse width of \nthe injectors, thus injecting less fuel, at the same given pressure if \nrich burning is not present.\n\nTo clean and test the FPR. Take it out, fill it with petrol from the \ninlet port. Shake it hard, pour it out. You will be surprised to see \nthoudsands of tiny black particles of different sizes. Those are neoprene \ndebris from the disintergrating fuel hose (the portion from the charcoal \ncanister to the fuel rail). These debris, accumulating in the FPR valve, \nblocking the return path, making your car running on extra high fuel \npressure and burning rich at open-loop operation. Producing eccessive \nunburnt HC in the exhaust stream, fouling the O2 sensor, reducing it \nsensitivity... and you know what happen next -- worsen FC and lost of \ndrivability!\n\nClean it several times until you can`t observe any debris from the pour-\nout. Use a white tissue paper so that you can see the tiny particles \nclearer. I bet you need to do it at leas 10 times. It`s better if you \nhave an ultrasonic bath, just give the FPR a bath for 20 minutes with the \ninlet port facing bottom, in petrol or ethanol, NOT WATER!. \n\nAfter cleaning and completely drying the FPR (I use an electrical oven at \n50 deg C, you may try a hair dryer), run a vacuum test on the air \nchamber. Connect a 60-cc shringe to the vacuum port. Fill the fuel \nchamber with some petrol. Pull the shringe all the way back and hold it \nfor a minute. If there`s any liquid coming out of the air chamber, the \ndiaphragm is cracked or leaking. Get a new one. Ni cerita lama dah basi.

<<<Tak lama lagi akan keluar Savvy Auto-Manual.... Maksudnya dua2 jenis
gear
ada dalam kereta. Malas nak tukar gear... swith to auto. Nak main ciluk
ciluk... switch to manual.
Errr... siapa kata kita guna technology 70an?

Tech 70an Big Smile Tolong jawab, pengeluar kereta mana sekarang yang masih
mengeluarkan kereta Carb lagi??

masaalah kualiti sehingga hampir 20 tahun etc. tingkap berkuasa asyik
rosak..

Protong design keta sendiri?

- sawi tu direka dgn 'bantuan' LG-CNS, orang korea, ex-daewoo engineer

protong reka engine sendiri?

- camTAKpro guna kat gentu saja. sawi guna enjin renault,
alfadana/saga/wira guna enjin mitsu lagi, chancellor yg baru pun guna
mitsu enjin... :p

And lastly, WHY DO I SAY NO TO PROTON?

BECAUSE THEY SCREW THEIR OWN PEOPLE! Why export models all equipped with
ABS & airbags? Why sell cheaper to foreigners?

Know which parts I like best?

>>Bayangkanlah penjanaan ekonomi proton untuk
negara... berapa banyak kaki tangan Proton...8000. Berapa banyak
100,000 orang. Berapa banyak bank dapat untung, berapa banyak syarikat
bumiputra yang naik? Bayangkanlah kami boleh membantu sedangkan polisi
kerajaan tidak membantu. Cuba ingat sebelum timbul nya proton. Berapa
banyak wakil jualan bumiputra untuk kereta toyota, nissan, honda? 0...
Kosong. <<

Proton so good huh? Help so manyyyy pplDead

>>(kereta Chery hampis masuk), tapi polisi China masih lagi tidak
membenarkan kereta kita masuk kesana. Memang dia kata boleh masuk tapi dah
5 tahun mencuba pun belum dapat kelulusan lagi. Banyak syarat lagi. <<

You won't sell a many in china. Why? Just look at their choice of cars there.

>>Tak ramai yang tahu seksa bekerja kat Jepun
sebab dia orang suka curi idea. Bayang kanlah semasa kami design dashboard
Proton. Mereka sanggup letak designer dia depan design kita untuk
mengubahsuai kembali rupa bentuk dashboard mereka. Kalau kita pernah
tengok dashboard mitsubishi lancer... hampir
samakan. Itu mereka yang meniru bukan kita. Ianya menunjukkan kita bukan
tak pandai... Cuma masyarakat sendiri berfikiran macam itu.
<<

Wow.......copycat japs huh? 1st time I heard this.

The rest are all recycled crap...bla bla koreans patriotic.......

or maybe our education systems sucks so much that nobody understands all
these?Clown

cerita bkn setakat basi.. tp dah pupus.

btw,the guy who wrote that i really kesian laa.still stupid never try to
think at all.just look at nissan, before this hampir mati but then with a
little twist,now really success.

Proton got the ability, but the management dont use the resources well.
they just like malaysian typical:
"buat pa nak susah-susah,buat ala kadar sudahlaa..org malaysia akan beli
jugak"

caya la lu! i pun drive a proton and im very proud of it - especially
when u c a benz, bmw or honda tersadai tepi jalan! lantak la apa org nak
kata. beli proton... org kata, beli keta lain pun org mengata jugak. so,
the best way out is to buy what fit u best. kalau tak puas hati w ur
proton now, u can always change to another one cz resale value tak jatuh
teruk sangat and i doubt people who buy other type of car can afford to
do that except org yg kaya giler. hidup proton!
