Does using Aluminium crank pulley helps the car?

I mean its same design & size as original but made from aeroplane grade
aluminium alloy which is at least 1/3 lighter than original cast iron
pulleys.

I see that in tuning mags everywhere nowadays....
thinking of fabricating one for my 4G15 to test cause I called a few
shops they do not have for my car mostly Honda or Toyota.

Drex any knowledge on this?

any lightening on the spinning part will reduce some load from the engine.

my colleague custom made his audi A4 with T7 aluminium, weight about 1/3
lighter, he comment very significant improvement on engine response, he
say the engine response just like when you switch off air cond and drive,
but this aluminium crank pulley cannot be used in siemen ECU 4G13/4G15
because you will experience engine check light on after installed due to
sensor fail to work at the crank pulley, not sure other models

yup.

The magnetic sensor can't sense the position of the crank..

ignition timing all went hairwire...

Yup. That's the one.
Don't try to fiddle with that. That's the crank position sensor.
