A lot of Proton cars have this pimple problem on the paintwork and
sometimes they affect a whole stretch of the car. The paint bulges out
and soon it starts rusting etc.

Is there a way to prevent this?
How to fix this problem?
Is this a problem with the paint or the underlying metal?
It starts to occur when your car is about 5 years old....

pimple on Proton cars.... very very normal one.

no way to prevent it, just get rid for a while. if condition so bad, then
either change the skin or change the whole car. problem is on the so
call "cheap skate glue" proton used for anti-rust. Mine 9 years
like "kudis" .... geli lahhhhh...... no choice but change car.

if the rust is still not pop-up and koyak the metal then better sand them
off and apply undercoat, repaint it back.

But if see holes oredi have to see how serious izzit lor...

Preventions is better then cure, u should ask our bro sifu g88 about
this, i'm sure u all will be amaze to see his bloody kilat white
stallion, sure he will give u all more than 2 cts of advise, don't
believe me try come to our TT or call him out n u will see kekeke.
