The total capacity for waja GB is 7.7L stated on manual..

so, how you manage to "drain all" ATF out?
dont tell me u use the flush mechine pump to adsorb all the ATF?

have to use GB's pump to flush..means engine running..
pour in new ATF and drain out oil ATF at the sametime..

Most of SG sparepart shop should have, cost around S$40-50 bucks for 4
litre. Fyi Schaeffer 204SAT are also SP III & Mercon V compliable.

when u do a complete flush, u need to change the ATF filter. Thus u get
almost 100% drain if not need to use pump.

GB pump will cause the new ATF to mix with old ATF. No point in doing that.

how to drain 100% ATF out without turn on the engine? i believe it will
still left behind someway inside the GBox, right?

it pointless to drain the atf using the "drop and top" method as there
will still be old atf left inside the torque converter....

the ideal solution is to hook the gb to an atf flush machine and have the
flush machine and the gb synchronizing, while the flush machine sucks,
the gb is actually pushing the fluids out..... (of course this is all
done with the engine running and gears engaged...) this method not only
forces all the fluids out from the converter and the entire gb system, it
ensures that whatever amount of atf being flushed out, the same amount is
being pumped in.... preventing damages....

to those who have done the atf flush in autochild, they would know that
how this is done....

Hello everyone.. just would like to ask any review or anyone can compare performance Proton SPIII with Mitsubishi Diaqueen SPIII on proton waja?

I'm using waja CPS and currently using Proton SPIII..

I have used both as switched from ori Proton to Diaqueen SPIII after warranty expired  (dulu dulu - years ago). Diaqueen is top notch stuff as much smoother compared to Proton. About 20% smoother. If you are a sensitive and high rev driver,you will feel the different.

 

If you want something good and the same price as Proton, you could try Hyundai SP III ATF (blue bottle), from Korea.

 

The drain and drop method for Waja is 4.2 to 4.3 litres. If you use 4 litres it is not enough as the correct way to measure is while the engine running and warmed up (normal operating temp). If you measure with engine off, it will show 4 lit is enough but that's not correct way to check!

 

 

Roughly the price:

Proton SP III , 1 liter: RM 22-25

Hyundai SPIII 4 liters: RM 80-RM 85 

Diaqueen SPIII 4 litres: RM 105- 110

For my auto, I use Pennzoil Multi vehicle ATF which is FS. 4L around RM90. Hope price is stable with our weak ringgit probably gone up......

The price of proton SPIII just same as mitsubishi one. I will use mitsubishi SPIII for next change.

Is there any imitation of Mitsubishi diaqueen out there? Because Mitsubishi SC only got Mitsubishi SPIII. Not diaqueen as there are not selling one in 4ltr tin..

I have read that the 4ltr diaqueen is from singapore market. A bit worried if wrongly bought a imitation one.
