should i follow as instructed by the manual to drive 90km/h for around
1000km before going higher speed? if I drive around 90-110 km/h, will it
effect anything later? 90km/h is too slow in highway and occasioanlly
need to overtake need higher speed than that.
Close
90km/h for 1000km (kembara)?

what i think the manual means is not to pull your car too much...as in
changing gears late and raising the rpms close to redline...as long as u
drive conservatively u can go to the max speed without worries...

Ummm..
Fristly, YEs I agree with SBD18.
Secondly, although this sounds more like witch craft more than technical
knowhow. People have said that if you rev the car and run the car at
higher than normal speeds during the breaking in, esp after the breaking
in period, the engine will somehow retain that characteristc all its
life.......
Sorry, probably going to get blasted for this. as I said more witch craft
than technical knowhow. But has anyone, does anyone have or heard of such
an opinion?

Stick to the limit. On 80km/h the rpms are on 3000rpms. Better drive below
90km/h and wait after 1000km mileage then you can drive hard..
