seantang,

Do you know if the shock could go with the OEM springs ? (Just buy the
shock and change without the springs ?

What I mean by good is How long can the shock last ?

Remedy for scraping the ground - Can I change to a thicker donut so
ground clearance is better (eg. like some car modi like rally spec )
Not that "tongeng" lah.

Tks.

>>> I am guessing the original springs will fit, but I don't know for
sure ya.

>>> This one I also don't know. Kayaba OEM absorbers produced for Proton
last anything from 6 mths to 3 years... but all absorbers used by Proton
are not well known for their endurance.

>>> But since these R3 ones are customised, it might be better. I don't
know.

>>> No idea, man. I'm not even sure what the donut is.

>>> If you really want more ride height, get a set of proper height
adjustable absorbers.

servicing should not cost more than rm150 each, even if we have to change
the shaft, it won't cost that much.been using my current set for slightly
more than 100k km, still no problems. it's what u use to build the shocks
that matters.
