Pretty much sums it up, where do you think i can find a 2 pot(or bigger)
rear disc for a proton wira? I notice almost everybody only sells potong
1.6L wira rear disc(is it the same diameter as the 1.8 putra or GTi?). I
need more stopping power. Any help on if such thing exist. If i have to
go for potong brembo rear callipers, how much do you thing it should cost
me?

edit:since these topic didnt get any responnd in parts and acces, i've
decided to post it here.

Wanna more braking power you should upgrade the front not the rear ma.
Too powerful rear tend to lock up tyre prematurly.

Why would you want a bigger rear disk and brake setup ? On an FF car 80%
of the braking ratio should be at the front..

Funnily my car is 1.5 LOL
I wanted to do a 2 pot rear and 4 pot front. I've already got a 4 pot
front(havent installed it yet). While the rear is still drum. So instead
of wasting money installing a single pot rear, i wanted to find a 2 pot
rear. Care to suggest me where to find one?

Wow..u must be running a 200bhp and above 1.5L Proton..otherwise the 4-
pots and twin-pots will be overkill laaa..
Also all those VR4, Evo and Brembo brake systems don't come cheap at the
Kedai Potong. And brake pads are kinda hard and expensive to source. Don't
forget, the brake system is a wear and tear part and much caution must be
taken when sourcing used brake system and also the cost of refurbishment.

Think 2-pot front (Brac-X - Autobags) and single-port (Proton) rear is
more than sufficient..coupled with good brake pads (0-550 degrees, fast
road) and steel braided hoses. My buddy's Satria 1.5 running on 15"s
installed the above. The down side is that those stick-on weights/rim
balancer got scraped off by the larger disc. Have to use only clip-ons.
The interesting part is that the 2-pots are using the Pajero pads which
are easier and cheaper to source. The new 2-pots cost RM1,500-1,600 per
pair including installation, for a biting braking.

And it is also wise to upgrade your suspensions too as these two works
hand-in-hand.

Oh well... no need for answers. I've already installed the rear disc
together with the antirollbars. anybody want anti rollbars for wira 1.5
and have no plan to upgrade your rear brakes to discs. gimme a call.
