ralliart racing clutch

i got dis satria gti yr 99

im new in dis biz :-) so dunno know much..

got this shop selling 2nd ralliart racing clutch 3 puck one + fly wheel(the
round one like disc brake rite)..

selling bout 1k

so wanna know ur opinion is it a best buy or not..

one more.. the clutch pad is bout 4mm thick..he said new one also that
thick..

why want racing clutch? the standard clutch can take up to 180hp at the
wheels. unless u have serious mods done to the car, the only benefit u
will get is a stronger left leg:-P

actualy my clutch nealy kong alredy..
less pick up..

if wanna buy standard also around 500 rite?
so i think y not take the racing one..
plus it will go faster than the standard one rite?

how to know the clutch is realy ralliart racing clutch?
because ive seen the clutch..theres no ralliart symbol or anything..xcept
symbol like a wing than written BK in the middle..
some like me who knows nothing maybe can easily be cheated..:-)tq

You can buy GTi clutch set for less than RM300 lah from any spare part shop.

probably he's talking bout workmanship too....but only a place like PESC
will charge u RM200 for clutch plate change......

if for performance..is there any difference between the standard gti clutch
and racing clutch...if its the same...better change with standard one..
rite?

standard clutch will be more than enuf.

Hi vengga85, Proton edar use to quote me RM300 plus for my 1.5 Wira
clutch set. This exclude the workmanship yo. I top up a bit more to buy a
Mitsu complete set from outside spare part shop, and bring in for them to
install. My friend do a good job for me there!

waaah ypufa u got it good man, those a$$h0l3s ask me for RM480 for my 1.3
clutch plate if i use the part from them......so i bouth the part outside
n ask them to do, the charge me RM190++ for workmanship n the oil change
n wat not....
