Tea,
Not bad at all. Mine has six speakers (two at front door, two at rear arm
rests, and another two above the rear board but no bass at all which is
damn wierd. For a start, I'll get a good single din hu first and tweaters
for front.
Raul,
Poor man's focus ler. Mana firhan nih, nak compare jugak ... hehehe

Bro's,
firdausasri,
Well for starter's the Clifford G5 system does not cost A BOMB anyways. It
just depends on what add-ons you'd like to enhance it with. There are
allot of accesories that are part of the G5 range; Proximity Sensor, Glass
Shatter Sensor, Motion Sensor, Self Powered back-up siren, Blackjax
(immobilizer), Wireless immobilizer, and the list goes on. The Basic
package for the Arrow 5 range includes: Alarm Unit & 2 zone shock
sensor's. This is competitively priced sub RM1k region. Just let me know
if you need help in this area; got a friend who's a SIFU in all this alarm
thing.
As for my exhaust, I had Hot Bits before but decided to try out a Straight
Flow exhaust system. Wanted to toy around with it. Conclusion, well
straight flow can be a 'tad-bit' noisy, but it gives GREAT throtlle
response at high rev's, and especially your high end BHP. Aside from that,
it's just a waste of money... ;-D
Ballistic,
Enforcer? Hmm.. heard of it before, but not too sure how it performs,
perhaps we can discuss offline? e-mail me. Thanks
rgds,
joe

Tea,
You regular accessories shop (where u installed your ICE should have
these power caps (capacitor). This will reduce the load at your car
battery, cause it stores electrical charge. Setup that's more than
1000watt would definitely need at least 1 farad cap. The more the better
as it can store more current.
More reading:
-------------
If your lights dim when the bass notes hit, its because your power
voltage is dropping due to the demands that your amplifiers are placing
on your charging system. You've most likely exhausted the available
supply from the alternator and are using the battery power. To get around
this, upgrading the alternator is a costly yet ultimately successful ploy.
Look at adding another battery, or adding a capacitor, for cheaper
solutions. A capacitor is able to discharge quicker than a battery (or so
the theory goes) and so may help your system out when its demands are
large. Use 1 Farad for each kW of amplification power.

Gfunk,
I think I need to put on hold on this first lah, just now spent close to
RM700 for timing belt change (Original Timing Belt, 3 Oil Seals, 2
Bearings, 3 Hydraulic Tensioner, Aircond Belt and Altenator Belt). Next
thing is to get all my four rims repaired (one dented kaw kaw) then only
the immobiliser.

Firhan,
Long time no see, when you're coming back to Kerteh? Neo and I planning a
little bit of fun drive to Ulu Yam i.e. after I get new set of tyres, pu
steering bush and repaired rims. Maybe you can tag along as well.
