DLTH,

I didn't know that your car had Promote body kits. How are the kits?
Quality wise? Finish? Price? They have one that looks quite good for the
GTi which I like.

anttyk,

firdausasri is right about the "firmer" feel compared to stock. If you find
the current stock standard springs to be already too firm/harsh, then the
Eibachs is likely not the way to go.

So, far, personally what I have found is that the ride is not drastically
different compared to stock (slightly firmer/stiffer). The car is also
lower by about two fingers.

I took my friend out for a ride without telling him about the springs and
he could not tell the difference. So, I guess the springs are ok.

With the new springs, I've been lucky not to have scraped the bumpers or
undercarriage yet (touch lots of wood!! Big Smile).

Previously with my old stock springs, I had scraped my front bumper going
up my house' slope Crying. However, with my Eibachs, I've been lucky,
through some special maneuvers.

As for those humps on the road, I have to go a lot slower.

DLTH,

No wonder you've got to be real careful with the Eibachs. Your kit looks
fierce but is real low! Is it lower than the GTi's stock bodykit? from the
photos it looks lower.......

anttyk,

Actually I`m an agent for promote also & will be helping them to set up a
website. The current one is only temporary since the final photos aren`t
ready yet & a more professional designed site will be up. In my opinion
the quality of the kits are better than the standard fibreglass since
this is made out of pu(polyutherine) so it is more flexible & not as
fragile. If you did browse at the satria page, there`s a Gti kit already
out which enhances the Gti looks but still retains its identity.

As for the price, here`s the price list :-

Prices include free installation but not spray painting. You can send it
to your regular spray paint shop or we can also do it for you.

KaripapGti,
I`m not sure about the comparison of the Gtis as I don`t have one to
compare, but if you check out the pictures below, there are 2 Gti`s lined
up next to each other. One with the original bumper and the 2nd one with
the Promote Gti bumper :-
