"1.8 litre Honda Integra DC-2 Type-R (VS) 3.0 litre V6 Nissan Cefiro"
its like comparing a jumbo jet, and an F16 fighter.
There are just too many types of cars, and types of engines to make a
proper and direct comparison.. All the cars you have mentioned above are
totally different from one another.
"p/s: I have no intention of branding discrimation..just use them as a
comparisons to prove the above theory is not correct in absolute !"
B18C, are you saying that bigger CC is inferior in all cases? You have
obviously never seen the way a 5.7 litre australian touring car move on a
race track :)
In some cases, big CC rules, and in some.. it doesn't. There is no such
thing as an "absolute".

Hi Glee,
You are right...I purposely compared the so called "Jumbo jet and
fighter jet class" as a illustrative comparison to show our fren that his
theory by saying Higher CC rules is not absolute correct !
And having said that, I think you have misunderstood (or perhaps I make
myself being misunderstand) the absolute term I used. I'm not saying
higher CC is definately/absolute/definately inferior to lower cc...What
I'm trying to say is that I disagree with his remark of Higher CC rules
absolutely ! It can be higher CC rules sometime...that's a better word !
Otherwise I won't even want to flame a bit....

There is a stupid advertisement by proton over the radio that claims Gen 2
can outrun most 1.8's. Any comments?

does not matter who wins in a straight line drag.
The winner will be who can get the most Kilo's per litre of fuel. and who
has the best braking power and safety features.
hahahah Man. i feel old..

Hello frens ,
Gen 2 Vs 1.8 Wira who wins will entirely depend on the road condition
whethter its a straight road or winding roads .
If the race take place in a road with lot of sharp bends then Gen 2 can
easily smoke the wira 1.8 kow kow...
if the race is in a straight road then Gen 2 will have to the eat dust and
smoke lah.......
