heyyah all,

Saw few proton cars using safe tint I heard it's a product by proton. Why
proton has not "really" made it as a package for all new proton owners?
or even promote the product..anyway, what do you guys have to say
regarding safe tint in terms of quality and price? Thanks!

i own a waja ev and got the safe tint as a package. the quality is
terrible! having those spots in the front and back of glass. even i go
to the usj where the main office should have be to get it rectified ,
they have shifted to where gods know! so dont put safe tint! no quality
and poor workmanship!

Hang on a minute...

Is the *quality of the TINT* that's terrible

or..

Is the *quality of the WORKMANSHIP* that's ######ed up?

They're 2 very different things.

get V-kool la, eventhough it's a little more expensive, i think it's
still worth installing as it's good in heaping to cool down the car in
ahot afternoon, not like any other tint which you can't feel much
different whether there's tint or not.

Really so terrible aa?
My wira also come with safe-tint and after 1 1/2 years constant sun-
bathing, it still in good condition.. I guess better than nothing.. sucks
coz Proton charge around RM1k or more for it when I bought the car.

Yes, I agree...the worst quality..but the most sakit hati is the
workmanship..damn worst...kembong here and there..just after I drive out
my car for PE I went to change another tint..peel out the safe
tint..except the front wind screen.

Question:

When you peel the tint off the rear window after a few years under the
sun, will it destroy the anti-mist heating element as well?

Anyone?
