osram SS or philips??

i got my SS at PH Auto and it is much better than the RM9 Osram Stock
bulb.I think no fake bulb la, coz u can check the product no. at the osram
website..

guys,

i never change headlight bulbs before..infact all the bulbs available in
my 5 year old iswara are still workong fine..if i want to upgrade to
osram or philips, care to explain which type of bulb ittings should i
choose..H1,H2,H4??

Your Iswara pakai H4 laaa...

H4 bulbs are the dual-filament type that can give both dipped and high
beam. Many newer cars mau gaya sikit.. and started using two single
filament bulbs (H1 and/or H7) for dipped and high beams.

When changing bulbs, whatever you do.. NEVER TOUCH THE BULB GLASS WITH
YOUR BARE HANDS. Your skin will leave a think oily residue that will cook
off when the bulb gets hot, creating a hotspot that will kill your bulb in
short order. In fact, this caution applies to all halogen bulbs.. even the
ones your ceiling or cabinet spotlights use.

Not only bulbs but the reflector will be damaged also..

it seems like Osram SS and PVP both performs well, but in terms of
durable, which one is better?heard Osram SS get burns after a few months...

I've been using Osram SS close to 2 yrs now. No prob whatsoever...
