how thick is the wire needed to upgrade in order to support 100/100W or
110/120W??? last time my friend upgrade the wire and relay, still melt and
he using 100/110W wor... hmmm... kinda weird...

Make sure connector is strong enough...normally will melt on connector
compartment instead cable.
