Naza Interest rate

Anyone know how is the interest rate for Sutera? i was told is flat rate
3.5%. But i heard other people can get even lower for PB Bank, is it true

The rate was at 2.97% until Apr 30th.
Salesman said it is going further up.

Maybe it is correct now at 3.5% for all financiers.

P2 rate for Kenari and Kancil is already @ 4.1%

3.5 won't approve .

earliest of april i buy at 3.7% at eon.
3.5 they interview me twice or more , they don't approve after 2 week.

eon , 1 day interview , after another one day they approved!!!

why must they interview u to approve the loan?

what r the criterias they want to offer a lower interest rate>?

Was at Naza showroom today.Told it was 2.95% by salesman.

i Just booked one last sunday, for GS model, downpayment 6k loan 6 years,
managed to get 2.91 from PB bank, the interest rate is depends on how much
u loan n how long u gona pay back the installement, i saw from the list
even 2.88 oso got! no joke, the bank officer told me this may change
anytime, which is true as our bank interest rate likely will increase
again somewhere in July.

check with the latest rate from naza showroom, the waiting period should
be within 3 months.
