Wait a minute! Waaaaiit a minute!
Read this first:
"but the funny is that when i make a right u-turn, the left rear wheels
lifted up."
Are you sure this really happened? I mean, you turned to the right, but
the LEFT rear wheels cocked-up? If it is, man.....you should grab the
sales person and knock the back of his head....that's not a car, it's a
death-trap!

bv,
yup, with that kind of condition, this car will lose grip
anytime...especially when cornering.

nug,
back to the topic.....i think ZX wagon is not over your budget.
Suspension refurbishment cost is much lower than that of a Xantia. The
space is better.
You might want to run it for a while before considering to convert it to
a 2.0 spec.
Xantia is a dream car but in a real world, you'll need a second car in
case anything happens. (Let's face it, most of then are over 10 years
old. It's bound to happen, not just to Xantias but all cars of that age.)
But then, have you considered a 405....SRi perhaps?

Finally there's a buyer for my car....but then, i need to quickly look for
a car.
and i will be checking out a 1997 ZX (Manual) tomorrow....according to the
owner, the mileage is not more than 100,000KM, about 90,000KM over.
and the selling price is RM11,000 (as advertised). is the price OK?

nug,
why not ask someone here to come with you when looking at a Citroen?
That way, you can get good reference and learn a few pointers along the
way.
Oh, and try to look at more than one car will ya? Don't rush yourself
whatever it is.
