no heavy modification. it involves placing a small module into the door panels and wiring up with the original power window switches.

Total cost the last i checked was RM150. Service charge F.O.C but have to make prior appointment first

At last.....my power window is back!!.It's nearly 2 years the window gone
kaput. Before this, I've tried several potong-shops even Directional
asking for 2-door power window....DIFFICULT. Directional...no need to
mention the price...somehow over RM1.5k/each. Rijoda (popular with their
PR's)at first can give me the modified one at RM450...but then i believe
they "males" to do such job then go for second hand unit at about RM900.
Peegghhh...terpaksa le "jalan-jalan cari tingkap". At last I found it at
RM4xx and PR or QoS(Customer) is better than Rijoda.

My friend who mostly godek my car says "hard to find bush for the motor -
kalau motor-fan bush, senang gilee..". That's why I have to find a whole
lot of. Now I find, it is easy for me to pay parking (esp. Subang Parade
and toll).

Now I can feel the wind blow....fuiishhh....210Big Smile

I ask my mechanic about putting the one-thouch module...but he advised
against it as it will disturb the circuit design of the car and give
strange problem....and also make it diffucult to troubleshoot the circuit
for all electrical parts latter....

zulfa,
I'm not radio officer, but always dealt with them in my previous job. I
work as a radio tech (marine navigation and comm) before, 1987-1990.

I've not get a chance to physically involve in a complete GMDSS system
(just new system, not new tech), but I knew RO play a very important role
in a big vessel. Not every single emergency situation can be predicted,
skill and experince can't just simply replace by plain machine.

stblll, I believe putting the one-touch module is possible, it's nothing
special on our design/circuit in this case. This one may require a custom
made by those who really understanding the switches, current load and
wiring in&out. This is one of my later plan.

"and also make it diffucult to troubleshoot the circuit
for all electrical parts latter.... "
This is true, simple design is always more reliable.
