muhdyusuf,
U sure ke u tak tersilap key in your immo password......anyway b4 this your immo memang enable or disable....for your info kita bole disable the immo so that next time bile nak start tak perlu key in any password......terus je start......macam i punyelah....dulu memang kena key in password tapi skang dah tak perlu....was disabled by the previous owner...
Cheers

Just to share with you my experience in using the Citroen ZX security pad.
I bought a brand new ZX in 1999 and one year later, the coded anti-theft
device (immobiliser) went wrong. I couldn't start the engine and the car
was stalled for almost 2 weeks. I had to "tumpang" a friend's car to go to
work. Worse, I live in the East Coast area where Citroen mechanics are a
hundred kilometres away. I e-mailed the query Official Citroen Homepage UK
and they directed my query to the what they claim a lead mechanic. This
guy advised me to "borrow" the ECU of another Citroen and put it in place
of my ECU. Then enter the other car's password, after that, he said, I
should be able to start the engine. Once the engine runs, I will be able
to de-activate or change the password. The problem is, which ZX owner
would lend me his ECU for the purpose.
A few days later, through a friend, I was introduced to this guy in
Kuantan, his name is Omar. He used to work in the Citroen assembly plant
in Pekan, Pahang before Citroen ceased its CKD project there. I took him
to my ZX... and you know what, he took less than 10 minutes to ignite my
engine. I asked him to bypass the device altogether for good. It's better
to do away with the device. It can be your worst nightmare, instead giving
u peace of mind. No worry, the Citroen logo is enough to avoid car theft.
When I was about to get my Xantia last month, I asked the owner if the car
got such a device. Thank God, it doesn't.. otherwise, I have to get Omar
again to de-activate the thing. In case you face a similar problem and
wants to seek advice, u may call Omar at 019-9627399.
Merci,
Maassalamah ilalliqa,
