What is a stupid car?

which has little support in the performance car segment.
Korean cars somehow lack passion as part of their DNA. As if they were
made to garner sales rather than create a following. I just don't see a
strong identity in their cars either.
For example, many desire cars like Skylines, Evos, Alfas, Civics or heck,
even Satria GTi/R3's. But how many out there really dream of driving a
Hyundai Coupe someday?
What really ticked me off about Korean cars for good was the Accent RXS-5.
There's something about that fake airscoop that gets on my nerves...and
the fact that they got away with it!

manufacturer as producing 'stupid' cars just because they don't have
any "hot" models. But some people do aspire to own a Hyundai Coupe.
Yea I agree that the Accent RXS was turned into an ugly beast by the
local distributor here. Hahaha

you are taking such a stupid topic seriously?
I respect your opinion.
No, I dont own a Volvo. I drive a car that's probably 1/8th the price of
a volvo and more than 20 years old to boot.
My opinion is merely my own and has nothing to do with the reality as you
perceive it, you bloody Volvo driver.

take it easy
yeah...i should not take this topic seriously.
anyway...every brand got it's strong & weak point. every model is
designed for certain market/group of ppl.
i understand if u don't like volvos. truth is, volvo is for true
fan&enthusiast only. u should try S60-T5, V50-T5 or even range topping
S60R. then u'll know that volvo cars are bargain. example..with rm300k+,
u get an entry level brand new E class. with that money, u get top of the
range S60..T5 version. u pay extra rm for merc & bmw bcos of brand and
prestige. S60-T5 is comfort enough to give u a broad smile. fast enough
to leave majority of cars on malaysia roads.(i'm not exgarreting on
S60-T5 performance..it's more than enough. if u need more, u should go
straight to M5,M3 ,AMGs, porsche, ferrari, lambo etc.even entry level S60-
2.0T is good enough.
have to agree it's not as prestigous as bmw & merc. but then...why should
i worry about prestige.
and yes..volvos 2nd hand value drop. if we buy a car and keep worrying
about depreciation value, hehe...better don't own a car.
why i choose volvo? bargain 2nd hand price, excellent safety
features, comfort, reliable, well established brand so don't have problem
about parts&repairs, and not to forget..performance. volvo is one of the
conti brand that successfully use turbochargers for mass production. In
fact, all brand new volvo nowadays are turbos except for S40.
in the end, it's on our own preference, taste & budget to choose what car.
peace

Volvos are good cars, it has to be admitted that they are well built and
very solid pieces of machinary. I`ve driven a few, found they dont really
suit me.
I criticised the handling of the car because that`s the particular part of
the volvo that annoyed me. The impression was pretty bad for me but it
must be said that I`ve got very specific preferences.
In every other respect, the Volvo is a good, high quality car.
