Guys, was curious on every1 having a go at subaru so i thought i would
put my 2 cents in......

I was driving an S203 3 and 1/2 years ago when there were only a handfull
in Malaysia.

Let me tell you my story:

1. trashed the heck out of my car like a scooby should b driven.....raced
it rallyed it (even if its n STI scooby is not as durable as the Evo i
must sadly admit... n i had conrod clankin, longshaft bush gone, drive
shaft leaks, n a blown turbo.

2. every dick on the road would want to come n give you a run for money
even gays in kancils with fake bonnet scoops

3. however in the GAYA deprtment you are king......except when i went to
Zouke and a hot babe asked me "how much i spent to modify my PUTRA"....

4. If you a willing to push the car and already understand the basics of
car control well its a very rewarding car to chuck around but it demands
pure concentration n a feel for the road so dont wack a scooby on road u
dont know!

5. if mileage is n issue dont buy a performance car.......on average my
scooby did 360Km to a full tank and tat is if i dont put my foot to sleep
on the gas

6. turbo timers dont help when u come home at 3am n wake up the whole
area...n ur mum asks u whats wrong wit ur car..."cant the engine turn off"

7. also if u have a GF initially she will b happy wit u havin a
beast...but later on she will nagg "grow up lah...or "why u want chicks
isit tats why u drivin this car"...

Currently i drive a GT4 n heheh do miss my scooby!!!!

but the toyota dosent need a whole village or mechanic to keep it happy n
well when i get married i can have a football team of kids.............

I m screwed......

bro, GT4 turbo N spec with sunroof 2002 unreg will cost around RM148K-155K,
without sunroof minus 4-5K

2003 add 7-10K, 2004 add 17 to 20K, 2005 (new facelift-no more N-spec)
around 176K to 185K

go for N-spec! (recaro seat, LSD, red strut bar, sport suspension)

FC is as per your assumption, from 7.5km/liter to 9km/liter at its best.

more info pls visit wishclubmalaysia.com >forum >caldina talks

at least got 20 active caldina members there including me!

host,

Is an Evo cheaper to maintain than an s202? Are the spare-parts easy to
source? Thanks.
