Hi there.......boink bro....the ori boost of the Cald is at 0.6
bar....and with the exhaust replaced and boost controller added....I am
boosting it at 1.3 bar for town driving.....and 1 bar for highway
driving....well....being a 3S GTE engine....its a proven breed for having
very tough engine parts that can easily withstand high boost at 1.5bar....
Haa....haa...bro....well....it really happened that they are not able to
keep up with my car during that highway fun driving....but off
course....it could be that they decided not to continue and slowed
down....due to safety reasons....coz I also slowed down after I lost
sight of them....anyway.....they are no absoulte fast
car.....right....there is always some other car that will come along and
faster than the current fast car......
Well.....see ya.....

Coolnickz.... yet to be yet to be.,... still weighing it out.
Wishgialla - Ok. So for the 40HP increase you doubled boost from 0.6 to
1.3bar.
ok ok.... last question, when you say town driving 1.3 and highway 1.0b,
what controller you using? Electronic with manual overide? Or are you
using a mechanical BOV that has a spike of 0.2b?
ok la... dont so fast... tsk tsk tsk.... now got ops warta V
already..... :) :)

boink bro...okie dokie.....
1)Wishgialla - Ok. So for the 40HP increase you doubled boost from 0.6 to
1.3bar. - bro....not sure what you meant by this.....
2)ok ok.... last question, when you say town driving 1.3 and highway
1.0b,
what controller you using? Electronic with manual overide? Or are you
using a mechanical BOV that has a spike of 0.2b? - using Blitz dual
solenoid electronic boost controller with 4 boost level settings with
memory....the minimum setting is at 0.6bar (the ori boost...cannot go
lower than the ori unless change the actuator or replaced with a low
boost wastegate)...and the highest setting I have is 1.4bar......and
boost gain is set at 8%.......all setting can be change with a flick of a
switch.....
Well.....since you are considering the to purchase a performance
ride....do consider properly.....if you want comfort, cool and
distinguish look....ride handling and power for fun driving...the Cald is
a good choice....but if you are looking for an all out performance car
and willing to sacrifice comfort.....EVO and Subaru (4WD) will be the
choice...including Nissan S15, GTT and GTR (rear wheel)......
See ya bro.....

to try to do modifications... know? Thanks for the info.
2. Thanks for the info on your boost controller. Sounds super changgih
man. I still am pretty firm believer on mechanical poppets. :)
Hope to see you around some time.
Thanks once again.
