aja bro....yup...probably he have the speed cut...coz the max is 180
nia....anyway...but does his car seemed to moved forward faster than
yours....??? (I meant the torque)....and by the way....are you sure that
Caldina is the GT4 version....coz I know many importers are also bringing
in 1.8 VVTI and 2.0 VVTI version....including the GT4....

Mine have the speed cut off liao...so far...tested topspeed (to my own
limitation) at 235km/h...but due to my own limitation (wah takut
wor)....I dared not tekan somemore wor...

Anyway...I normally don't drive that fast wan...just for testing nia....

WishGialla,

Wow when u bought this car.... 11,500km on it. If this car is services by
Toyota in Japan before it is resell here, u can look at the timing belt
cover there should hv a sticker on it, & said when is it last timing belt
change (km & date). Here also same if u buy a toyota timing belt kit it
come w/ a sticker for u.

saw a Toyota ipsum yr is 89 this mileage display is 32k+ Km, but the
timing
belt cover say 93k+ KM..... mmmmhh some thing wrong here.

Digital is more easy to change just plug in a computer & name your
mileage...ke..ke....Evil, as if analog we still need to turn it all over
again....

anyway... this is a awesome car u hv there.... power & slick look...Cool.

wishGialla,

Yeap, his car seems got forward torque but Surprisingly, i still can
keep-up with him (until my vtec open & rev-cut) and overtook him at left
lane. I think this due to my manual transmission & he is Tiptronic/Auto!

I think it`s a GT4 cause got `GT Four` emblem at the rear + front bonet
scoop. the power not too bad, actually. For Auto car somemore!!. As for
me, after i overtook him just after the `Y` junction (left to Klang,
right toSg. Buloh), i managed to clock around 214kmh before the bridge,
prior to the Damansara exit. All these while, he keep chasing me lor..
until his speed limiter come, i think. after the Subang toll, this guy
did horn me & show a ThumbUp sign, which i just horn him back. Donno what
that suppose to mean.

Actually, it`s a unfair `road test` comparison, since GT4 is 2.0cc Turbo
Tiptronic and mine Accord is 2.2cc NA Manual transmission.. But Anyway,
at least that was my 1st experience `race` & `test` with a iniregular JDM
turbo car, since we are on the same smartTag lane at Jln Duta toll. BTW,
mine is stock standard Euro R only, slow car somemore. It`s just
a "testing2", with no other means seriously (plus we are now currently
discussing about GT4 here). Nothing to comment about!

ycfoo bro....I really don't know if they have tempered with the
meter....but am sure they didn't coz there were 3 units on display when I
went to view....all have different mileage....mine wa the lowest...at
11500km...while one was 22K something and the other one was about near to
30K wor.....yes.....agre with you that the digital meter is easy to re-
zero but need the equipment....and it is only available at Toyota...and I
don't think Toyota is willing to re-zero the mileage for anyone....

On the timing belt...they have a sticker stating 100K/kms....but this is
refering to the mileage that the belt need to be change....no other
service stickers on the casing....

Anywa...the whole package looked new...and it drives like a new car
too...very stiff suspnesion and good absorber....I just go straight to
bumps and humps at 50km without braking....and the humps is actually very
large humps (cos when I drive my Wish....I need to slow down to about 20-
30 km only I can pass the humps wor).....but only try few times
nia...after that....stop doing it liao......

yup...aja bro...it's definitely a GT4 version....and he probably still
have the speed cut on.....

Well...your accord euro 2.2 probably you also tekan full throttle liao to
reach that speed....and also...you probably more daring than the guy who
driving the GT4....as mentioned....wah takut wor....I dared not drive so
fast unless just on straight road and clear ahead....and only for testing
nia....

But anyway....good try bro...

Wiskgialla,

kekekeke, not really full tekan cause the rev cut come pretty fast.
Anyway, me sometime only drive fast, on occasion only. Like yesterday
also, considered dangerous cause traffic quite heavy. As u said,
just 'testing' only. Sometimes, we need to do a 'test' also!!

But so far, the highest i speed was like 235kmh (rsm reading). Don't
really dare to tekan further!! Maybe we are going older & older and make
us more takut!!! kekekeke
