Yup ... SLS/T wud be the best place to go although most SIN audio shops
are also famous for slashing prices when the need arises for them. Those
who stay in JB are lucky as it's only a short drive away. But if you're
coming down from PEN just buy audio stuff, you'll have to take the fuel &
tolls into consideration too. May not be such a good idea afterall

system speaker maker now moved into car audio. So far they have Adire Koda
comps, Shiva 12" sub, Tempest 15" sub, Maelstrom 18" sub, Brahma 12" &
Brahma 15" sub. Think he got the Koda's & shiva's in stock, the rest got
to order if you wan....
How do they sound ... well Koda's are sweet, but I didn't get to audit it
properly since it was powered by a cheaplak amp. Even then it sounded
pretty nice already. I suppose if you pair them up with a good amp it
would sing well.
Shiva's have got tight and smooth bass. Brahma can really compress a lot
of air! powderful sub!

8 Ohm impedence. Then ppl found out they sound good in cars. Brahma is
Adire Audio first sub designed for mobile audio.
If you want bang for ringgit SQ, Adire Audio is the way. Do
comparisons with other SQ brands and you'll find that they cost a lot
more. Most ppl don't like Adire Audio due to unknown brand (cannot do the
WOW! factor) and using off the shelf parts hence looking ugly .

half? Hey but this has a Plus factor, I can use it in my home
entertainment system if I change cars??? :)
What about the enclosures.... are there any size difference to the "made
for ICE" subs?
I like the sound of "bang for ringgit", no pun intended... hee hee.
I remember another thread about someone asking if we can fit passive home
subs in cars... wonder if it worked?

if wire them in parallel, you get 4 Ohm so car amp no masala.
As for enclosure, look for WinISD and model the freq. you like the most.
As for mobile audio subs enclosure difference, no beza.
You have to check if other brands home subs can tahan UV radiation.
Otherwire they will disintergrate like drakula kena lampu matahari.
cheers.

Gosh ... I wonder if this thread is about to get locked soon KN, if
you're going to Sim Lim SQ or Tower, most of the ICE dealers are on the
lower levels ... upper levels are mostly home audio and IT stuff dealers.
There are only 2 shops you need to go to - Edison Electronics ( look for
Faith ) and Daichi ( look for Charlie ). These people carry most of the
high and mid end brands ... the rest are more to the usual lower end ones.
Happy hunting ... cheers.
