Hi, I'm new here. Just got a Zymol Cleaner Wax and was wondering if I can
apply EGP on top of it.

Here's my routine:
-Wash with AG shampoo
-Clay with Meg's
-Zymol Cleaner Wax
-EGP

Going to do this on a white car. Any step to add or tips? Would SRP be
better compare to Zymol?

Dunno man.....

I never used Zymol before in my life- supposed to be good but real expensive for what you get. I'd
probably do it the same way you are though with EGP as the last step.

As for SRP I still think it's the best polish available on the market at any price bar none. Again I have
never used Zymol but if anything can better SRP at polishing then I'll take my hat off to it.

Good luck dude..... oh.. btw.... are you claying EVERY thime you wash?

I finished claying yesterday. Today started waxing with Zymol. Yes
DarthDude, I found SRP to be better at its cleaning ability but what the
heck... already started. The Zymol I'm using is a cheap one (Zymol
Cleaner Wax)

How long does the wax need to cure before applying EGP??

And.. I don't clay everytime I wash, only when waxing time.

GTFour....

Weeeeell... I'm probably the wrong guy to ask about "cleaner wax"es.... I find the term laughable
and so I'll just laugh a little here....

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I think the general rule is that so long as the EGP doesn't react with the cleaner "wax" i.e. if you
don't get hazing when you apply the EGP then you'll be fine. If I were using SRP I'd apply the EGP
immediately on top of the SRP once I've finished buffing the car- the curing time being the time it
takes to finish buffing off the SRP from the car.....

As for Zymol... you got to do your own experimenting dude.... do let us know how it went.

Cheers

Never been to Juru Autocity man.... dunno what they got there.... I get all my stuff at Option Car
Care in 1 Stop shopping centre opposite the Adventish Hospital. It's directly on top of the
McDonald's and they got pretty much the full consumer range of glym there.....

As for KL, the hardware shop on the second floor of Jaya Supermarket in s14 PJ stocks a fair amount
of glym too......

Good luck fellas.....

sorry guys OT a bit here har - just want to know how many of you are
willing to pay so much for Zymol? I thought I was crazy when I bought
Swissol products, but Zymol 3 times the price my goodness! I just wonder
who is willing to pay? I wanted to get the Zymol Vinyl Conditioner but
cannot tahan the rm300 price tag! ouch. Autospa sells it too expensive
lar!

I think if you want to get zymol, then better consider Swissol, almost
the same thing but a whole lot cheaper.

Again sorry for the OT.
