fishbonez...

Well don't get too impressed just yet. That water beading won't last- it'll be all but gone within a
week but (some) of it will come back after each BSC wash.

It won't even look that good after a few days (also will come back with BSC boost) but it'll still be
there long after you think it's gone provided surface prep was done properly it'll last as I say for
months on end. The key test is the clean drying cloth one.

But yeah..... smells like kerosene or ridsect...... this is a car wax/polymer, not an ice cream
flavour. People want their cars to smell nice, they should be using Chanel, not AutoGlym.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Have fun man

Darth

viosowner.....

Well it's not really a test la... just an indication as to whether or not the wax has failed, by which I
mean whether or not the wax has oxidised or flaked or become porous and allowed dirt to bond
to it.

This will be most obvious when drying the car. Remember- you've already washed it, now you're
just drying and when drying you'd be using a clean cloth. Clean cloth on a clean car so when you
wipe the cloth should come away clean, not dirty.

If your drying cloth comes away from the car dirty, that means dirt has bonded to the surface so
it didn't come off in the wash (meaning the wax is no longer doing its job) and comes off on your
drying cloth instead.

Something like that la

You guys can try the hardware shop on the 2nd floor of Jaya Supermarket in Sec14PJ. They usuallly
have a fair range of AG stuff there.

Hi everyone,

I too have been using AG for the last 15 years or so. No not all AG stuff
are good, ie. I like the claybar and tireshine from MG. I can really vouch
for EGP, I usually apply it every 6 mths once. Using BSC really helps here.

Just wanted to share and check, the other day got itchy decided to put 2
layers of EGP. First layer was applied waited for 2 hrs then buffed off,
allowed to cure for 1 week then applied 2nd layer waited for 2 hrs and
then it was a real nightmare for me. It was sooooo difficult to buff off.
I have to rub so hard that it think I created swirl marks esp on the front
bonnet. Not sure why this happened. Could it be that the surface was
slightly warm? Not sure anyone can help advice?

Thanks

danc....

Err I dunno man. I've layered EGP on top of itself before and never had any problems. It certainly
didn't get any more difficult to buff off the second or third or fourth layer......

I guess it's down to the warm surface la.... I've always ever used EGP on a stone cold surface. AG
does say not to use EGP in the sun or on a hot surface.

Hope this helps man
