it was good to see that so many ppl turned up. too bad i cannot make it. sigh.
diravi, i agree with you on final inspection. you can wash a car, spray it
on, wipe it off and then notice that the car looks newly detailed.excellent
stuff. i have been trying to save my FI for occasions as i am already
running super low on it. 1 gallon doesn't last long when it gives good
results with minimal work. hehe.
thanks bfs621 for your tip. is meguiars unigrit available locally?

Hi Guys, I'm back....sorry for the absence as have been quite busy and
also recovering from the workshop.
1st & foremost, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Diravi for
organizing the event, Darren & Family for the use of their facilities,
Master Detailer William from Hypercoat and Senior Detailer MyAuto for
providing advise & demonstrations.
This workshop has shown the following:
1. That even a Novice can detail a car to a mirror finish condition.
2. Having the right tools is very important.
3. Even professional detailing centers can smoke car owners about paint
conditions - as was seen with Albert's car (Red Honda Civic).
I'll have a write-up of the event (with pictures) soon and will be
passing it to Autoworld Chief Editor for vetting before a formal posting
can take place.
Thank you for the interest.
