cross your fingers and hope no damage done.... if u scared, maybe after
10,000km flush it again with new CVTF to make sure all the SPIII fluids
are really washed out of the system. Costly.. but cheaper than changing
the whole gearbox....

The CVT 'box is somewhat irrepairable.

It costs around 20k to replace a new one.

Chop shops are selling it for around 5k.

Hey Bro,
Do you still experience jerking after replacing the CVTF? If do you need
to do gear calibration. If this doesn't help you need to check on the EGR
valve, Start Clutch or the CVT gearbox. PM me if u need more infos.

Bro,
My current mech knows this problem...
CVT gearbox cannot tk oth gear oil
It needs to run on CVTF auto gear oil oni...
And if u accidentally use the normal Auto oil...
Pls bring back to ur svc ctr...
Ask them to flush thoroughly...
And then fillup wif CVTF and run ur car...
Then reflush the CVTF and finally fill up again...
The trouble shld be auto adjusted and ur gearbox shld return to normal...
Even the slightest residue of the prev. gearoil will "kacau" ur gearbox...
How i know - my foreman @ Sunway ord worked up couple of city's wif tis
problem. And their main customer is frm car dealers... try tis 1st, b4
resorting to sell the car or chg 1/2 cut gearbox... it oni cost u less
then 200 (if not mistaken)...
email me for the svc ctr contact...

Hi all,

My wif 2003 idsi jazz is having exactly the same problem as jOnAs
mentioned.

It is nothing to do with the gear oil change. I done my oil change in
Honda SC at 40k km, now it is 76k. When I told Honda SC the problem during
my routine 75k service, they failed to test it, and mentioned no problem
to me.. Just told me they drained out some gear oil due to over oil level.
(What is this nonsense, if it was over level, it should occured immediate
after oil change not after 30k km of oil change)

When I told them I insist to change my gear box oil, they ask me to do so
only at 80k. On the next day after 75k service, the car is still jerking.

I am now have no idea what to do. To send back to Honda SC or not? But I
can say that Honda SC is not that professional in Malaysia. Please advice.

TQ.

khkh,
mind to share which SC did u visit for checking the jerking? You may try
other SC to confirm the jerking. Currently, I have sent my city idsi for
service at Jln 225, PJ. This guy is specialise in honda, though the
workshop quite small. You may explain to him ur situation and ask him to
check and confirm.
