there is only ONE Alfa Romeo Owner`s Club (AROC) in Malaysia that is
registered with the ROS, and that`s the original AROC at:

http://www.arocmalaysia.com

pretenders got a lot lar. in fact, i think malaysia has the highest
number of car clubs per capita. every damn car oso got club.

for your info AROC Klang Valley ( 1279-06-SEL) is an Alfa Romeo Owner's
Club registered with ROS with members mainly from Klang Valley. It was
known previously as Serpent Sportivo but changed to AROCKV during
registration process.

now we have TWO registered Alfa owner's club in Malaysia, the rest as you
said .... pretenders.

Yes..bro abool u r rite...even before AROCKV got approval/license from
ROS, they have a good Events too..every year. Since 2003 I did joint
them...always followed their main Events...never miss Charity Drive so
far..and more on family oriented. So far i'm very happy...every convoy
having about 20 to 35 alfa romeo ONLY on the road.

Redd, we don't register with Alfa Romeo but with ROS instead. Do you think
it's necessary to register with Alfa Romeo to run the club?

abool, personally i dont think its even necessary to register a club with
ROS for it to be a good club. what makes a club good are the activities
and content.

but if u want to wear the "AROC" name - which is internationally
recognised as official Alfa clubs - u shd register with Alfa HQ.

Ermm..Bro. abool...I think it is enough to be recognized in Malaysia
right? What do you think? The most important thing just to have a Legal
entities.
