I think this subject has already been exhausted in the "Wax Product"
thread below.
In a nutshell:-
1) Zaino Bros and Meguair's professional series for people who are deadly
serious about the
look of their car and are willing to spend serious amounts of time on it.
2) Meguair's consumer series and AutoGlym for people who have only a few
hours or so
each time they want to polish their car but want their car to still look
ok.
I think that covers the top end of the product spectrum although there
may be another
brand or two which may be fairly mentioned in the same breath as these.
Outside of these
the others are firmly in Divison II or worse.
Cheers

Hi guys, newbie here.
Does anyone know if Kit (affordable) offers a metallic paint polish
either
as paste or liquid, and if its available especially in Penang? Is it okay
to use regular (i.e. Kit paste polish) on my metallic black set o’
wheels?
Also, is it advisable to polish my month old car (car wash boys drew wide
swathes of light scratches all over my bonnet with mud encrusted wash
cloth’s)?
Muchos gracias in advance.

Cash, where is your location? & hell to be bothered about UVx protection.
It is carnauba lar!!! As long as there's wax (be it polymer/natural) the
paint work will not fade.
The bucket - you've gotta see it to believe it. Why that expensive is
because it is in USD and it is patented.
Prestone products - don't compare the price with KIT coz it depends on
which product range you're looking for. Pls remember that there's always
the "Consumer" range & there's also the "Professional/Paint Shop" range.
So you got the NXT Tech Wax as a b-day present eh??? Well, I'd suggest
that for her birthday present, go wax your car with the NXT and after
that do the slow horizontal mambo lar. Both benefit summore.....

Consumer series and AG but come on man... KIT????

I think this subject has already been exhausted in the "Wax Product"
thread below.
In a nutshell:-

2) Meguair's consumer series and AutoGlym for people who have only a few

ok.
I think that covers the top end of the product spectrum although there
may be another
brand or two which may be fairly mentioned in the same breath as these.
Outside of these
the others are firmly in Divison II or worse.

I saw Meguiar products sold at ENEOS, One Utama. Pricier than Autoglym,
that's for sure...

Woooittttt!!!!
Bro.... kasi chan la bro.... how can you lump Kit and AG together in
the "consumer" division?
Give face a bit lah.......... I will agree that MG Pro series is in a
different league then the MG
Consumer series and AG but come on man... KIT????
Geez dude.... that's heartless.
