I know one Waja 1.8 taikoh, arazakmy sifu, with that 90mins, enough time from Skudai till Sungai Besi.

Bole percayier ka? laugh.gif
How could he drive @ average speed of 200km/hr for 90minutes to cover 300km?
Seems the WAJA 1.8 had been modified for faster and better handling than Lotus cars.

BTW...
Standard WAJA 1.8 [y2004] specs.
Maximum power: 116.0 bhp (86.5 kW) @ 5750 rpm
Maximum torque: 165.0 Nm @ 3750 rpm
0-100km/hr: 13 seconds
Top speed: 186km/hr

U must be driving V40 T4 1.9liter [almost 200bhp] car at maximum speed... smile_thumbup.gif
V40 1.8liter NA engine [approx. 110bhp] hardly pass 200km/h mark.

Sorry bro, my previous V40 2.0t only 160bhp only ...and 220km/h are still rooms to reached max of 240km/h...and there is no V40 1.8 n/a in this country... but do have S40 2.0 n/a with 130bhp.

Me too. VW Golf GTi and Polo GTi are really fast BUT.... I don't think Polo can do beyond 250kph. For instance even Polo GTi Cup Edition hardly touch 230km/h. Ordinary VW Polo GTi can go up to 215km/hr only.

Similarly as far I know, only VW Golf GTi V50 can exceed 260km/h. VW Golf R32, despite large engine can do up to 250km/hr max.

'entry level' VW Golf GTi can hit 240km/hr... fast enough already! best value for the money smile_thumbup.gif

Stock Polo GTI yes but modded ones can reach up to 250-260 limited by the gearing. Chipped Golf GTI should be no problem reaching 270. On the other hand stock R32 at 280 still have more punch to reach 300 smile.gif

PS: Of course speedo reading. In my case, my true speed around 230-240.
