From experience, those saman tembak/ekor won't affect road tax renewal. Only those where I was stopped and signed the summon would result in blacklist hence unable for renewal.
I check my saman on rileks.com. The stopped/signed saman will have 'blacklist' or 'arrest warrant' once their offer for compound expire. I only settle those saman as they for sure will hinder my renewal.

Got summoned on my way to Jengka. The worst thing was I had consciously tried not to exceed the limit of 90kmh after seeing a few vehicles on the opposite lane flashing their lights. Everybody knows that most of Karak comprises hilly stretches and when it comes to downhill ones, your vehicle will easily hit 110kmh without your right leg touching the accelerator.
I was summoned for doing 109kmh. So many others were caught too and I'm not the least surprise considering my experience.

I don't understand malay. Anyways I have a relative got fined for speeding 82km/h on 80km/h. They can't even have tolerance for 2? This means we need ultra precision foot control and speedometer isn't it? >_<

U r not the luckiest loh. Me get summon for 61Km/h on 6KM/h limit. Cool?!

I think the car manufacturers need to change the speedometer to digital one(like new Honda Civic) for the sake of its consumer from getting summons.
