road users?' ~ y2j
It is not up to us to stop them. Who are we? We are not given the
authority to stop such road users. Since when were we appointed vigilantes
by other road users? How to stop it, you say? It all starts at home
whereby good parents should educate their kids on the importance of
civility and morals. Later in life, it is up to the driving schools to
instill and cultivate the correct driving attitude. The police reinforces
driving laws and it is up to them to uphold the law and apprehend those
who have defaulted. Yes, it is a long term process and difficult to
implement. Easier said than done, but I think that this is by far the most
effective method. Antics such as those displayed by tpl and mphs is NOT
the way.

i dont condone what the other two forummers did as well...i was merely
asking opinion on how we can make the road safer...and by 'we' i mean the
nation in general...not road users per se...
nevertheless, i do agree that education begins at home...but again, i have
a anak tok imam friend who is a peeping tom...

There would always be deviants in this society. If not, this world
wouldn't be such an interesting place.

who race on public roads so long as it does not affect my own safety. But
if those buggers have an accident, I will definitely not come to their
assistance. I will leave them to suffer the consequences. If they die,
then I will have one less reckless driver to contend with!

Lets hope such thing does not happen in front of us in which we neglect
our humanity instinct to help fellow beings in distress.
Sigh...
