I travelled up north quite frequently and I must say that the latest
scare for a motorist on the highways is not jambalang or any eerie
appearances. Its the high powered cars cruising at neck breaking speed, I
mean in excess of 150kmph!
Imagine you are doing 140kmph and out from the corner of your eye, you
noticed from the rear view mirror a fast approaching big huge lump of
metal coming at you very very fast speed.
Now that's scary. I drove a conti car myself but I still feel scare of
this big brothers.
Not that I am inexperience nor a panicky guy, but I am worried of that
idiot behind the wheels of that huge lump of metal losing control and
crash into me.
My advice, keep to the left at all times. Always view your rear view
mirror.
Be decisive and signal your intentions if you are in its way.
Good luck.

Agreed with Cire. Today when travelling from Slim River to Sungkai (15 km)
on the PLUS h'way, saw 2 bmw 3 series, c200k, e200 and a harrier overtook
me at more than 150 kmh. I knew it must be higher than that cos I myself
was doing ... at that time. I guess they were really in a hurry or
desperate to stop at the next rest area to go to the loo.......

The rule says we must always on the left lane no matter how fast we are
driving or what car we are driving, so long as we're not overtaking. If
you're scared other motorists overtake you while driving at 150 kmh...
just don't drive at that speed! - either you drive slower or even faster
so that no one can overtake you. But reality how fast you go, there is
always someone faster! If this is scarry, wait until you drive on
autobahn, at 200 km/h others still overtake you.

I was once driving to Penang at night at about 11.30 pm and I saw a purple
like light from my rear view mirrow and that happen to be the latest BMW 7
series which overtook me accompanied by a Mercedes S class. I was
travelling at 160 km/h and both those cars just overtook me and disappeared
in thin air. That was really cool.

Pls don`t play with your own LIFE when you see cars approaching you at high
speed.
Do you think it is funny or herioc for you to do that?
THINK what you`d do if you were going 110kmh and some idiot cut into you
lane at 50kmh!
